Track Board is a telemetry visualization tool intended for educational and coaching purposes in motorsport environments. You agree to use this tool responsibly and not to use it during active driving.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Track Board and its licensors.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Track Board makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of the data visualization for engineering purposes. Motorsport is inherently dangerous; Track Board is not responsible for any incidents occurring on track.

5. Premium Accounts

Team/Premium accounts are subject to specific agreements. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
